A six-month premium health coaching program for adults in their forties and fifties — built on personal coaching, in-depth assessment, and a plan made for your actual life.
Get Your Freedom Score See How It WorksFreedom to Move is not a workout plan or a meal template. It is a six-month coaching relationship supported by a dedicated app that handles assessment, planning, check-ins, and progress — so the time you spend with your coach is spent on you, not on paperwork.
It is built on nineteen years of coaching experience, and on a straightforward observation: people in their forties and fifties rarely fail because they do not know what to do. They fail because nobody addressed what keeps pulling them back.
Every client completes an in-depth assessment covering movement, nutrition, sleep and recovery, energy, stress, habits, environment, and long-term outlook. Those answers produce your Freedom Score — a clear picture of where you stand across six areas, tracked over the full six months.
The order matters. We deal with what has been pulling you backward before we ask your body to move forward, and we stabilize your energy before we ask it to train. Select a phase to see what happens inside it.
Most people do not fail for lack of information. They fail because something inside keeps pulling them back — and nobody ever helped them look at it directly.
This phase is the foundation of everything that follows, and it happens with your coach on private calls rather than in an app. Together you work through a structured process:
What changes: You feel lighter, clearer, and more honest with yourself. The patterns that used to produce a few good months followed by a slide backward are out in the open where they can be worked with.
Fourteen days. No aggressive training, no restrictive dieting. First we make sure your body can actually sustain what comes next.
Each day the app sends two short prompts — about a minute in the morning, two or three in the evening. You track sleep, energy, stress, and the loops that drain or restore you. At day seven and day fourteen there are deeper review questions.
Three areas get worked on together:
Nothing here is scored. The output is a loop map your coach uses to understand how your life actually runs.
What changes: Your energy steadies, your sleep improves, and you start interrupting draining patterns before they take the day. Your body is now ready to train.
Now the plan gets built — from what we learned in Phases One and Two, plus your Freedom Score data. Not a template.
The training is deliberately dual-purpose. It improves your health, and it prepares you for something particular that you have chosen.
What changes: You are moving consistently, eating in a way that supports you, and working toward a target that actually means something to you.
You complete the challenge you chose and trained for. This is the part people remember.
What that looks like depends entirely on you:
Alongside the challenge, we measure long-term ownership: how ready you are to hold all of this without heavy coaching. The focus shifts toward making the new way of living feel normal rather than effortful.
What changes: You have concrete proof. Not a number on a scale — something you did that you could not have done six months earlier, and the identity that comes with it.
